Great selection for Sunday only Buffet 12-5 for 18.99. I thought the place was clean. Food was good. The waiter said that some items do change and rotate. I will be back. There were so many different dishes to try.

My husband and I love Indian food so much. We've come here with and without our children, and we had a fantastic experience both times. The place is cool, clean, bright. Both the food and service are wonderful, but the food quality is so fantastic... every bite has been delicious. This is quickly becoming our new favorite place for this cuisine!

Decided to try Amruth as it was only a few minutes from my office. It was absolutely amazing! My wife and I have been searching for a new Indian restaurant and this just may be our go to from here on out. It was a slow lunch day on Christmas Eve and I could hear the chef preparing the food. It was pretty clear everything was being made to order. They will cater to your spice tolerance. I had the Andrha curry with shrimp and jasmine rice. The shrimp was cooked perfectly and the curry was delicious. Rice was tender. They nailed my spice level just right. Between medium and hot where you can feel the heat yet still taste all the amazing Indian flavors. Naan was cooked to perfection with just enough char yet still soft and fluffy. I will be back....oh yes, I WILL be back.

We enjoyed the food here very very much. I encourage anybody that's coming to the city of Des Moines to check this restaurant out for delicious Indian food. I understand Saturdays and Sundays they have a particularly large buffet in the afternoon with more than 40 items on it. Delicious food with excellent, varied options. The flavors are layered and fine tuned. The service was prompt, and our waiter was very helpful when we had questions. The servings are generous for the pricing - for example, the dosa could easily be split by 2 people. We would definitely return!
